These terms apply to your use of indiedreamlab.com (the "site"), operated by Indie Dream Lab ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and contact us about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it in a way that harms its performance, or send spam or unlawful content through our forms.
Automated agents may read the site, its Markdown versions, llms.txt and our MCP server within the limits set in our robots.txt.
Our content
The text, artwork, characters, logos, screenshots, videos and other materials on the site belong to Indie Dream Lab or to the clients and partners who own them, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes, or use them to train AI models, without our written permission. Game names and logos shown in our portfolio are the property of their respective owners.
Enquiries and project work
Information on the site describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Indie Dream Lab, which takes priority over these terms.
Booking a discovery call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for either party.
Third-party services and links
The site links to and uses third-party services such as Calendly for bookings and the Apple App Store. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or regulatory advice, including information about real money or skill based gaming.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Indie Dream Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
